B. Anne Adriaens currently lives and writes in Somerset, Britain, after years of wandering through different towns, cities and countries. Her work tends to reflect her interest in alienation and all things weird and dark, as well as her concerns about pollution, diversity depletion and the environment in general. [UTF-8?]Sheâs recently finished a dystopian novel entitled Songs of Dereliction, which weaves several narrative strands into a tapestry spanning many centuries, from medieval past to anticipated future. She also writes poetry and was recently awarded the title of Frome Festival Poet Laureate 2017. Her work has previously appeared in Helios Quarterly, B.A.D. (The Bees Are Dead), Plum Tree Tavern, Ariel Chart and Harpur Palate.
And she makes damn good kimchi.
